I felt like a taste of Melbourne this weekend - smashed avo on toast with a local twist, Kadosh’s famous tzfatit (a hard salty cheese prepared at the Kadosh Dairy in Tzfat, a one-hundred year old family recipe). A good solid loaf of bread from The Bakery. Some chopped mint, chilli and lemon zest; and generous lashings of lemon juice and olive oil. A taste of here and there at all once.
